Andy Baldwin

Andy Baldwin currently serves as the SQSE Regional Head (UK&I) at pladis Global, where responsibilities have included leading retailer technical initiatives and ensuring manufacturing compliance since July 2014. Prior to this role, Andy held various positions at United Biscuits from March 2006 to July 2014, including Manufacturing Quality Assurance & Retailer Technical Manager and Retailer Technical & Specifications Manager, managing a team responsible for quality assurance and customer technical relationships across multiple major UK retailers. Working at a range of companies including Real Crisps and Glennans, Andy has extensive experience in technical management, quality assurance, and new product development, alongside a notable background at Unilever Bestfoods, focusing on technical information and food legislation for a substantial portfolio of products.
