Greg Pearson is a global regulatory, quality, and food safety professional in the food industry with extensive experience. They served as the Food Law Advisory Team Leader at Exova Group Limited from 2006 to 2011 and held the position of Regulatory Affairs Manager EMEA at McCormick & Company from 2011 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Food Law Adviser at Campden BRI between 2002 and 2006. Currently, Greg is the Global Head of Quality & Food Safety Programme & Performance at pladis Global, a role they began in 2024, and they previously worked there as a Regulatory Affairs Manager from 2022 to 2025. Greg holds an MA in Biotechnological Law & Ethics and a BSc in Biological Sciences, both from The University of Sheffield.
