Steve Lesnard

Steve Lesnard currently serves as the President of Godiva Chocolatier, leading the growth of a renowned premium chocolate brand globally since April 2024. Previously, Lesnard was the Chief Brand Officer and Head of Private Label at Sephora, where responsibilities included brand elevation and business model centralization. During a notable tenure at The North Face, Lesnard acted as CMO and Global VP of Product Creation, overseeing various product lines and merchandising strategies. At Nike, a significant career spanned multiple leadership roles including CMO and Global Vice President of Running, where Lesnard directed marketing strategies, product innovation, and brand campaigns, achieving substantial growth and recognition. Lesnard began the professional journey as North America Marketing Director at Wolford and holds an MBA from Babson College.
