Tom Williams is a seasoned executive with 12 years of senior legal and compliance leadership experience, currently serving as the Global General Counsel and VP at pladis Global. Previously, Tom was the General Counsel and Company Secretary for JTI Canada, where they led legal strategy and fostered a culture of empowerment within the legal function. Tom has extensive experience advising international C-suites on legal and compliance matters, including product regulatory changes and commercial litigation. They hold an LLB (Hons) from Bournemouth University and completed a Legal Practice Course at The University of Law.
