Michael Blatchford, OLY, is a Technology Director with a robust background in technical operations leadership spanning over five years. Previously, they worked as an Accounts Payable, Sales, and Warehouse Operations specialist at California Electric Supply, where they successfully reorganized systems and significantly increased sales. They have also served as a pro track cyclist, helping guide emerging athletes toward Olympic aspirations. Currently, they leverage their skills in business process optimization and ERP implementation at PLAE, employing a unique perspective shaped by their Olympic experience to drive operational excellence and foster sustainable technological solutions. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Dakota State University and has completed a full stack web development program at DigitalCrafts.
