Ayush Shroff

Ayush Shroff has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting. Ayush started their career as an Article Assistant at Jain Baid & Co. Chartered Accountants in 2006 before moving on to work as an Intern at Sanjay Vidhi & Co. Chartered Accountants from 2010 to 2012. Ayush then joined Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2012 to 2014. Ayush then worked as an Assistant Manager Finance at Wipro Infrastructure Engineering from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Co Founder & CFO at Chaiwali Foods Trading Pvt Ltd - The Chaiwali. Their next role was as a Business Finance Manager at Wipro PARI from 2019 to 2022. Ayush then transitioned to Explorex (Explorex Technologies, Inc) as a VP Finance from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of VP Finance at Plaeto, starting from 2023.

Ayush Shroff completed their education at various institutions. From 1992 to 2006, they attended The Frank Anthony Public School, Kolkata where they completed their Class XII studies in Accounting and Finance. From 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours degree at The Bhawanipur Education Society College, focusing on Accounting and Finance. Simultaneously, from 2006 to 2011, they also studied at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, obtaining a Chartered Accountant degree in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Law, Costing, and Taxation. Finally, from 2009 to 2013, they attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, specializing in Company Law, Drafting, Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence, and Treasury and Forex Management, earning a Company Secretary degree.
