Alexander Li is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Plaid, having joined the company in 2025. Before this role, they worked as a Software Engineer at Google from 2020 to 2025. Alexander gained early experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Qualcomm and Bloomberg LP in 2018 and 2019, respectively. They also completed a Data Science Internship at the Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research at the University of Toronto in 2017. Alexander is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto, expected to graduate in April 2020.
