Ali Bunting is the current Head of Business Recruiting at Plaid. Ali has over 14 years of experience in recruiting, with their previous positions including Recruiting Leader at Google Cloud, Recruiting Manager at Amazon Game Studios, and Recruiter at Microsoft.

Ali has a proven track record in successfully leading and managing teams of recruiters, as well as sourcing and closing candidates. Ali is also experienced in developing staffing plans and partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners.
