Brayden Decker

Brayden Decker is a skilled Product Researcher with extensive experience in driving user-centered design and research initiatives across various organizations. Currently at Plaid since June 2022, Brayden focuses on enhancing the open finance ecosystem. Previously at Filevine from June 2021 to June 2022, Brayden established a research practice that streamlined operations and supported Product Owners with actionable data. At InsideSales, Brayden held a dual role as Manager of Product Research and Design, leading the design team and advocating for research integration. As a User Experience Researcher at NICE inContact, Brayden directed user research efforts to align product development with user needs. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Informatics from UC Irvine and a B.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
