Jason Pate

Jason Pate is the current Head of Corporate Strategy & Development at Plaid. Prior to this, they were the Vice President Corporate Strategy and Development at Rubicon Global from June 2016 to February 2018. Jason has also worked as an M&A Advisor at StatusPage, which was acquired in March 2016, and as the Founder and CFO at Tava Kitchen from August 2012 to March 2016. Jason began their career at Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant from October 2009 to August 2012, where they worked closely with clients in a variety of industries on corporate strategy development, organizational optimization, merger integration, product strategy, operational performance improvement, sales strategy, and M&A strategy.

Jason Pate received their AB in Public Policy from Duke University and their BS in Economics from the University of Oxford.
