Jordan Laughlin is a UX Researcher with extensive experience in user experience and research methodologies. Currently at Plaid since April 2021, Jordan has previously held the position of Senior User Researcher at Intuit and Senior User Experience Researcher at Innit, where significant contributions included capturing qualitative data from over 1500 participants and conducting various usability studies. Additionally, Jordan worked as a User Experience Researcher at Sereneti Kitchen, developing research strategies and drafting user flows and prototypes. Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from San Diego State University, awarded in 2010.
