Kaylee Yang

Kaylee Yang is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Manager of People Partners and People Operations at Plaid since June 2022, after previously holding positions as an HR Business Partner for both operations and technical teams within the company. Prior experience includes HR roles at DoorDash, where Kaylee co-led the AAPI@ Employee Resource Group and supported engineering leaders, and at Hulu, where responsibilities spanned from HR Generalist support in Ad Sales to managing HR processes as a Talent Management Coordinator. Kaylee began her career at Target, excelling as an Executive Team Leader. Kaylee holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Environmental Science from the University of Southern California.
