Kitty Morgan is a Technical Support Engineer at Plaid since November 2020, with prior experience as an AHS Product Engineer I at Modular Mining from September 2019 to November 2020. Kitty also served as a Research Assistant in the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Utah during May to July 2019, focusing on gold nanoparticle synthesis and catalytic activity. Earlier roles include a Supply Chain Intern at Frito Lay in summer 2018, where project development for an Environmental Health and Safety Department was undertaken, and leadership as President of the ChemE Outreach Group at the University of Utah from September 2016 to April 2018, promoting STEM education. Additional research experience was gained at CibusDx Inc. in summer 2017, testing mobile pathogen detectors. Kitty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah, acquired in 2019. Early work experience includes lifeguarding at the Park City Aquatic Center from 2012 to 2015.
