Lou Kosak

Lou Kosak is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and network enablement. Currently serving as the Head of Network Enablement and Access at Plaid since May 2019, Lou focuses on enhancing connections with data partners to bolster Plaid’s network. Prior to this role, Lou held multiple positions at Airbnb from April 2013 to May 2018, including Head of Engineering and Engineering Manager, where significant contributions included the development of an internal payment gateway processing billions annually and resolving payment discrepancies. Lou's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from co-founding and serving as CTO of Pinchit, where a successful daily-deal website was launched. Lou's technical expertise is further demonstrated through roles at Tycoon Publishing, TickerHound, and various web development positions, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Development Studies from McGill University.
