Michelle Young

Michelle (Boros) Young is a seasoned product leader with significant experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as Product Lead at Plaid since June 2022, Michelle previously held various roles at Figure, including Head of Lending Product and Director of Product, from May 2018 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes a position as Risk Administration Associate at SoFi and a series of consultant roles at EY, focusing on FinTech and financial services. Michelle began the professional journey as a Credit Risk Analyst at Vantage West Credit Union. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, both from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management.
