Nicole Johnson is an accomplished HR and recruiting leader with extensive experience in various roles at prominent companies. Currently serving as the HRBP Lead for G&A at Plaid, Nicole Johnson also manages the HR Business Partner function for Legal, People, Finance, and Corporate/Business Development. Previous positions at Plaid include leading the G&A and University Recruiting teams, as well as the G&A Recruiting team. Prior to Plaid, Nicole Johnson worked at Pinterest as a Technical Recruiting Manager, where leadership spanned teams focusing on mobile, frontend, backend, and fullstack software engineering. Additional experience includes roles at Prosper Marketplace, Google, Hearsay Social, and Comcast Spotlight, encompassing functions from Technical Recruiter to Recruiting Coordinator. Nicole Johnson holds a BA in Radio and Television, Business Marketing from San Francisco State University.
