Sandy Y.

Sandy Y. is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Head of Accounting at Plaid since May 2022. Prior to this, Sandy held key positions at One Medical, including Head of Revenue, Reporting and Technical Accounting, and Director of Accounting, where significant accomplishments included building the SEC reporting and revenue operations functions and reducing the monthly close process. Previous roles at Amplitude involved leading the integration of Salesforce with Netsuite for automated revenue recognition, while experience at Anaplan focused on adopting ASC 606 and automating quarterly analyses. Sandy's foundational experience was gained at Seagate Technology, PwC, and IBM, encompassing SEC reporting, audits, and financial analysis. Sandy holds dual degrees in Accounting and Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has further education from ESCP Business School.
