With over 25 years of experience in global supply chain and operations leadership, I understand how products, people, and processes connect to make a business perform. My work often involves improving supplier management, tightening controls, and building the foundations for sustainable growth.

I’m also building new capability in AI, digital systems, and blockchain for lean operations, using technology in simple, practical ways that make businesses more efficient and compliant.
