Dragana Tadić has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 as a Substitute Teacher at Elementary School ''Dušan Radović''. In 2019, they worked as a Content Writer at Content Distribution for a brief period. In 2020, Dragana took on the role of Substitute Teacher at Grammar School Filip Višnjić. From November 2021 to April 2022, they worked as a Conversational English Teacher at American Corner. In 2023, Dragana joined CAKE.com, a software company, as a Software QA Intern and later transitioned to the role of Software QA. Dragana also worked as a Software QA at Plaky, another company, in the same year.
Dragana Tadić has a Master's degree in English Language and Literature, General, which they obtained from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor with Honours in Philology, specializing in English Language and Literature, at the same institution from 2014 to 2018. Before starting their university studies, Dragana attended the Secondary School of Economics from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a degree as a Business and Legal Technician, with a focus on Economics.
In addition to their formal education, Dragana has also obtained several certifications to strengthen their skills. Dragana completed courses such as "Agile Foundations" and "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in December 2022. Furthermore, they attended courses offered by the British Council, namely "TeachingEnglish: Teaching Pathways: How to teach speaking" in February 2022 and "TeachingEnglish: How to motivate learners" in October 2021. To enhance their marketing expertise, Dragana acquired certifications in "Content Marketing" and "Digital Marketing" from HubSpot Academy in January and December 2021, respectively.
