Aaron Baker is an empathetic leader and curious thinker currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at Plan A and a Member of the Expert Panel for Accounting for Sustainability. They have extensive experience in finance and sustainability, having previously founded a mental health-focused business and established a Global Partnership Function for a Fortune 500 company. Aaron has taught Sustainable Finance at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and has held various strategic roles in prominent financial institutions, including BBVA and Moody's Corporation. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master's in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King's College London and an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
