Plan B is a student program | youth-powered staffing agency built to bridge the gap between companies with trained university students for on-demand roles across Jordan. We specialize in providing reliable, on-demand support for events, activations, office tasks and promotional campaigns, all through a structured team model we called it the Hive.

Each company is matched with a dedicated Hive of skilled student “Bees,” trained in communication, discipline and execution. Whether you're looking for ushers, promoters, data entry assistants, or mystery shoppers, Plan B offers flexible student manpower solutions tailored to your needs.

With deep roots in operations and event logistics, our leadership brings years of experience managing large-scale teams and complex shifts. From request to deployment, we ensure a smooth, professional process backed by structure, performance tracking, and clear communication.

Plan B currently operates in Amman and Aqaba, with plans to scale even further becoming Jordan’s go-to partner for youth-driven, high-impact staffing.
