Elisa Wells

Elisa Wells is the Co-Director & Co-Founder at Plan C. Elisa has over 25 years of experience in reproductive health, both in the U.S. and internationally.

Elisa started their career at PATH as an Assistant Program Officer in 1988. Elisa was promoted to Associate Program Officer in 1990 and then to Program Officer in 1993. In 1995, they were promoted again to Senior Program Officer. Elisa left PATH in 2000 to start their own consulting business, Elisa Wells Consulting.

In December 2005, they joined the Association of Reproductive Health Professionals (ARHP) as a Program Consultant. Elisa remained with ARHP until December 2012 when they co-founded Plan C.

Elisa Wells has a MPH in Population Planning and International Health from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a BA in Biology from Oberlin College.
