Matt Tod is a determined optimist currently serving as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Plan International Canada. With over 15 years of experience, they have worked with more than 100,000 youth, educators, and adults globally, facilitating workshops focused on leadership and personal development. Previously, they held roles such as Associate Director of Learning & Performance Development at WE and Executive Director of Youth Programs at the Institute for Health and Human Potential. Matt is passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential and make a positive impact on the world. They hold a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology from the University of Guelph.
