Pranay Samson

Pranay Samson is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Director at PlanCatalyst Inc. since October 2022, and as Director of Innovative Finance at Plan International Canada since December 2020. In addition, Pranay has been providing consultancy services at Criterion Institute since May 2020 and previously worked as a consultant for Grand Challenges Canada and MEDA in early 2020. Prior roles include Associate Director of Corporate Finance at Impact Investment Exchange from June 2016 to December 2019, General Manager at Development Alternatives from January 2013 to May 2016, and Associate Vice President of Commercial Banking at HSBC from May 2008 to January 2013. Pranay holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, an Exchange Program in Strategy and Finance from Rotterdam School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
