Sarah Kramer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in health system transformation and digital innovation. Currently serving as a Board Member at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital since June 2023, Sarah also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Plan International Canada since 2016, where strategic leadership has led to transformational growth and cultural advancement. Previous roles include Principal at Strength To Strength, Interim CIO at Aga Khan University, and Executive Lead for the EPIC electronic health record implementation at UCLA Health. Sarah's earlier career includes founding roles at eHealth Ontario and as Chief Information Officer for both Cancer Care Ontario and the Government of Nova Scotia, focusing on health information strategies and systems. Educational credentials include degrees from Cornell University and Harvard Business School, specializing in Value-Based Health Care Delivery.
