Federica Demergasso is a graduate in Public Policy with a focus on social and environmental policies from both local and international perspectives. Formerly a Junior Advisor at the French Government's Behavioural Insights Unit, they designed interventions to improve youth employment outcomes. They have also contributed as a Policy Analyst Intern at UNESCO, coordinating the Latam STI Policy Lab, and as a Researcher at CONICET, studying gender-based violence in healthcare. Currently, Federica serves as a Research & Behavioral Science Consultant at Ceibal, working on impact evaluations in Uruguay's education system, while also pursuing a Gender Equality and Public Policy Certificate at SciencesPo. Born and raised in Latin America, they are multilingual and expanding their language skills by studying Mandarin.
