Guillermina Suárez holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of the Republic in Uruguay. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an Accounting Administrator at Uruguay Logistics SA and later served as a Data Analyst at Liga de Defensa Comercial from 2018 to 2022. Since October 2022, Guillermina has been involved at Ceibal, initially as a researcher in the Behavioral Science Lab, and in 2025, they became the Head of the Lab, focusing on the application of behavioral sciences in education. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Behavioral Economics at Evidentia University.
