Jorge Suárez

Jorge Suárez is an experienced professional in the field of educational technology and pedagogy. Currently serving as an Analista Tecnopedagógico en el Departamento de Formación e Innovación Pedagógica at Ceibal since March 2017, Jorge has also held the role of Referente de Proyecto. Prior to this position, Jorge worked at FLACSO Uruguay as a Tutor en Diplomatura en Innovación Educativa from April 2017 to December 2019, and contributed as an Asistente académico at the Facultad de Psicologia, Universidad de la República from June 2012 to August 2015, where significant projects such as the Primer Censo Nacional de Psicología were developed under Jorge's coordination. Earlier in the career, Jorge was involved in I+D at Netgate, focusing on content development, online tutoring, and platform administration, and served as an online tutor at Plan Ceibal. Jorge holds a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Psychology and Experimental Psychology from Universidad de la República.
