Silvia Gober

Silvia Gober possesses extensive experience in leadership and human resources management within various organizations focused on social development and volunteer coordination. From October 1996 to October 2010, Silvia served at Asociación Cristiana de Jovenes, progressing to the role of Project Director, where responsibilities included volunteer training and project execution. Following this, Silvia worked as the General Coordinator of Volunteering at Fundación Teletón from July 2010 to May 2015, overseeing volunteer initiatives in multiple locations. Silvia continued to enhance human capital as Director of Human Capital at Fundación Pérez Scremini from May 2015 to January 2018, focusing on training and strategic HR management. Currently, since March 2018, Silvia coordinates the "Jóvenes a Programar" program at Ceibal, managing a multidisciplinary team and contributing to the development of educational curricula.
