Steve Ward has extensive experience in law enforcement and customer service. From September 1988 to August 2014, Steve served as a Police Constable and later as a Police Sergeant with the Isle of Man Constabulary. Since February 2015, Steve has been with plan.com, the UK's fastest-growing business communications provider, initially holding the position of Customer Service Manager. In November 2017, Steve advanced to the role of Specialist Support Manager, leading a dedicated team to support and enhance the company's reputation.
