Kelsey Lynch, MSW, is an experienced community health professional currently serving as Community Health Navigator for the City of Bainbridge Island since January 2021, focusing on crisis intervention in situations involving mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as Lead Behavioral Health Navigator and Behavioral Health Navigator for the City of Poulsbo from November 2017 to December 2020, where responsibilities included co-responding to 911 calls and supervising a team of Navigators. Kelsey also has a background as a Therapist at the Denver Family Therapy Center, where work involved supporting youth with substance abuse issues, and as an Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps, fostering healthy life choices for girls in South Africa. Kelsey holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Biology from Washington State University.
