Shannon Hays

Shannon Hays is an experienced communications professional, currently serving as the Communications Coordinator for the City of Bainbridge Island since August 2022. Hays founded Shannon Hays Creative in January 2012, directing public relations strategies that enhanced brand awareness for corporate and consumer clients. Previous roles include Communications Manager for Snohomish County Parks and Recreation, where Hays increased public engagement and achieved record attendance at the Evergreen State Fair, as well as various creative and leadership positions in media and event management, including Director of Public Relations at Cole Gallery and Co-Founder of the Mosaic LA Film Fest. Hays holds a Bachelor's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the University of Southern California, completing studies in 2004.
