Dwayne Howden

Dwayne Howden serves as the National Director of Smart Solutions Deployment and the National Director of R&D Innovation Technology Group at Plan Group Inc. since May 2010. Plan Group is recognized as Canada’s most innovative technical services provider, specializing in electrical, mechanical, and information, communications, and automation technologies. Prior to this role, Dwayne held positions as Managing Consultant at Ainsworth ITS, Managing Consultant at NexInnovations, Director of Professional Services & Business Development at CTI Solutions Group, and was involved in business development at Ainsworth Communications Services. Dwayne also has experience as Manager of Integration Services at Ainsworth Technologies and Manager of CAD/CAM Systems Group at Hammond Manufacturing, where responsibilities included managing design processes and setting standards for CAD/CAM projects. Dwayne Howden graduated from the University of Guelph between 1982 and 1984.
