Owen Kellow

Owen Kellow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and procurement. Currently serving as the Manager of Contracts at Plan Group Inc. since November 2018, Owen previously held various leadership positions at SNC-Lavalin, including Director of Commercial Risk & Procurement, Procurement Manager, Senior Buyer, and Buyer, contributing to interdepartmental collaboration and strategic decision-making.
