Steve McDonald is the VP of National Facilities Management at Plan Group, Inc. Steve has over 25 years of experience in the industry, and has been with Plan Group for just over two years. Prior to their current position, Steve was the General Manager at Motion Specialties Inc from November 2015 to March 2018. Steve was responsible for all aspects of the business, overseeing finance, HR, administrative, sales, and service centre teams. During their time at Motion Specialties, Steve successfully led the merger and acquisition of Shoppers Home Health Care, oversaw the divestiture of the company's Oxygen business to Medigas, and implemented 5S and lean methodologies company-wide. Steve also introduced a health and safety committee, workplace inspections, and logging of near-misses to reduce the number of workplace incidents. Steve is known for their ability to streamline and improve operational and supply chain procedures, as well as their focus on increasing revenues.

Steve McDonald has a degree in Economic Value Add (EVA) from the University of Notre Dame. Steve also has a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Centennial College. Steve is also certified by APICS from the Association for Operations Management.

Steve McDonald reports to Paul Sheridan, CEO. They work with Glen Landry - EVP, Technology, John Slattery - Chief Transformation Officer, and Craig McLaughlin - VP, National Services.
