Tom Joyce

Tom Joyce is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in outside plant operations and technical management. Currently working at Plan Group Inc. since April 2023, Tom previously held key positions at Brothers Broadband Ltd. as Operations Manager and Technical Operations Supervisor from October 2019 to April 2023. Tom also contributed to Unified Systems Group Inc. as Foreman - OSP and Lead Technician - Fibre Specialist between 2014 and 2019. Earlier career highlights include roles at AFL as an Install and Repair/GPON Tech/Fusion Splicer and at Bell as a Network Technician. Tom holds a degree in Computer Network Technology from St. Lawrence College, completed from 1998 to 2001.
