Max Charman is a senior technology leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Global Head of Enterprise IT Platforms & Applications at Plan International. Prior to Plan International, they worked as a Senior Analyst Programmer and Technical Lead at Equitas and as a Senior Reserving Technician at Syndicate Underwriting Management.
