Bram Gunther is the Vice President for Science and Development at Plan it Wild, a sustainable landscaping company focused on ecological restoration. With 30 years of experience in managing municipal forestry, horticulture, and natural resources, Bram oversaw significant initiatives like the MillionTrees campaign while serving as Chief of Forestry for NYC Parks. Bram co-founded the Natural Areas Conservancy and has served on its board, contributing to urban conservation efforts in New York City. Currently, Bram is also involved with the Mid-Atlantic Seed Bank and is a board member at Friends of Hilltop Hanover Farm. Additionally, Bram is a novelist, having recently completed "Softsole Monument," a climate change narrative set in NYC in 2050.
