Jonathan Miller

Jonathan Miller has a strong background in the financial industry. Jonathan started their career in 1972 as the Founder and CEO of StockTrans, Inc., a Philadelphia-based securities transfer agency and registrar. Jonathan led the company until 2010 when it was acquired by Broadridge Financial Solutions. Jonathan then joined Broadridge as a Consultant from 2010 to 2013. Following their time at Broadridge, Jonathan became the CEO of Plan Management Corp. in 2000, where they currently hold the position.

Jonathan Miller attended Penn State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. The specific field of study they pursued at Penn State is not provided. Jonathan later enrolled at The Wharton School to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance.
