James Hao

James Hao possesses extensive experience in finance and information technology, currently serving as the Head of IT and Head of Finance at Plan Partners since July 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing all finance and accounting strategies, governance, reporting, and budgeting for the organization, aimed at enhancing service delivery for payments. Previous experience at Kelly & Yang involved working with clients in the retail and rail industries to optimize internal processes and improve financial recovery through data analytics. At Able Australia, James Hao held multiple roles, ultimately managing finance functions, payroll, and overseeing the implementation of the TechnologyOne ERP system across various states. Academic qualifications include a CPA Program from CPA Australia and dual degrees in Business and Commerce and Network Computing from Monash University.
