Get the most from your staff planning

pLAN8 advises on how to optimise your planning processes. We do this by using the 8-step model, 8-step®, developed by us specifically for this purpose.

We analyse the work processes, and if required make measurable and controllable adjustments. This ensures the most effective deployment of staff for the lowest possible costs.

Mijnrooster® is the first Netherlands web-based staff planning system for the deployment of staff. mijnRooster® makes it easy to manage your labour processes, customer demand, workload, schedules and any changes, in an excellently secured, 24/7 accessible environment for planners, staff and managers. There is no complicated software or hardware, only perfect service and support. mijnRooster® is an ideal and efficient staff planning system for the deployment of staff, for any branch or specialisation. No doubt about it.
