Anders Frederiksen

Anders Frederiksen is the Executive General Manager, ANZ & APAC & Co-Founder at Planday. Anders has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry.

Anders Frederiksen started their career at IBM in 2002 as a Sales Specialist. Anders was responsible for selling IBM PCs into the SMB market in Denmark. In 2005, they left IBM to join Planday as a co-founder.

Planday is a Copenhagen-based software company that provides a mobile and web-based platform that helps simplify employee scheduling for businesses. The company has over 1,000 customers in more than 30 countries.

Anders Frederiksen has played a key role in the growth of Planday, helping to raise $20 million in funding and growing the team to over 100 employees.

Anders Frederiksen has a Master's degree in International Marketing and Management from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the same school. Anders also attended Handelsskolen Roskilde, a trade school in Denmark.

Anders Frederiksen reports to Christian Brøndum, CEO. They are on a team with Birgitte Pihl - Chief People Officer, Chris Micklethwaite - Chief Product and Technology Officer, and Toni Hohlbein - Chief Revenue Officer. and Michael Abildgaard Haladyn - Director of Sales Enablement reports to Anders Frederiksen.
