Leah Thomson is the Revenue & Sales Operations Manager at Planday. Leah has over nine years of experience in sales operations and analysis, financial planning and analysis, and project management.

Leah began their career as an Assistant Accountant with ANZ, one of Australia’s largest banks. In this role, they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the retail division in Australia.

In 2012, Leah joined Gilat Satellite Networks as a Commercial Operations Analyst working on the National Broadband Network (NBN) project. In this role, Leah developed reporting for the Commercial Manager, worked closely with vendors on ad hoc incident resolutions, and undertook general process improvements.

In 2014, Leah joined Xero as a Sales Operations Analyst. In this role, they developed CRM sales processes, provided systems guidance and training to the Sales team, and provided insightful sales reporting and analysis to sales managers, territories, and reps to promote more effective and targeted selling. Leah also played a key role in the deployment of the Salesforce platform for the AU sales team and its ongoing evolution to improve its usefulness and usability for salespeople.

In 2016, Leah was promoted to Head of Sales Operations at Xero. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of sales operations analysts and supporting the growth of Xero’s sales teams around the world.

Leah joined Planday in 2021 as the Revenue & Sales Operations Manager. In this

Leah Thomson has a Master of Professional Accounting (Distinction) from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Asian Studies from La Trobe University. Leah specializes in Accounting and Indonesian.
