Tom Gadsby

Tom Gadsby is a Principal AI Engineer currently at Planday and the Head of ML Engineering & Data at CareerFoundry, where they focus on GenAI pipeline productionalization and analytics pipelines. They have served as an AI Product Manager at Goethe-Institut e.V., leading the design and implementation of machine learning solutions, and have experience as a Data Science Instructor at SPICED Academy. Tom holds a Master of Science in Computing from the University of York and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese from Durham University. Additionally, they have been actively involved with the AI Guild since 2021.
