Meta Nainggolan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career at PT Kalbe Farma, Tbk as a Production Admin & Packer from October 2011 to September 2012. They then joined PT. Finansia Multi Finance as a Risk Verification Service from July 2013 to October 2014.

In 2015, Meta joined Nusatrip as a Customer Support Agent, and later became a Customer Support Team Leader from May 2016 to July 2017. Following this, they worked at Bobobobo as a Senior Customer Care from July 2017 to December 2017.

From July 2018 to June 2021, they served as a Customer Happiness Executive at AirAsia. Currently, Meta is employed at Plane, where they began as a Customer Support Specialist from August 2021 to November 2022. They have since been promoted to Senior Support Specialist, starting in November 2022.

Meta Nainggolan attended Universitas Terbuka from 2013 to 2014, where they studied Communication Sciences. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they completed their high school education at SMK Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah, specializing in Accounting.

In addition to their formal education, Meta Nainggolan also obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they received the EF SET English Certificate 88/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
