Malachy Bell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth management, client partnerships, and training development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Growth Manager at Planes Studio since June 2022, Malachy focuses on identifying impactful projects and fostering client relationships grounded in ethical business practices. Previously, as a Client Partner at Found By Few, Malachy specialized in building diverse teams within design and product recruitment. At The Future Factory, Malachy held dual roles as Training and Development Manager and Senior Account Manager, achieving significant business growth and enhancing training programs. Malachy's earlier experience includes account management and strategic growth roles across creative agencies, complemented by a foundation in pretesting at Cambridge Assessment English and management of music programming at Vale Fest. Malachy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Theatre Studies from the University of Birmingham.
