Mark Underwood is currently the Head of Legal at Planet DDS, having joined the company in 2023. Previously, Mark worked as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from 2016 to 2022 and as a Legal Intern at Virgin America from 2014 to 2015. Mark also served as the Assistant General Manager at Hostelling International USA from 2007 to 2013. Mark holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies, summa cum laude, from San Francisco State University.
