Trisha K.

Trisha K. currently serves as the Senior Director of Education and Adoption at Planet DDS, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Trisha held roles at Sight Machine, including Vice President of Learning and Communications and Learning and Education Enablement Director, from February 2024 to February 2025. Trisha contributed to Wayfair as the Training and Development Innovation Leader from November 2021 to February 2024, focusing on learning and development programs to foster organizational growth and innovation. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Designer at Preston Feather Building Centers from August 2015 to November 2021, and as Training and Quality Manager at Genpact from June 2011 to August 2015, where strategies were developed to enhance training and quality assurance for Google Advertising campaigns. Trisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Flint and an Associate's degree in Interior Design from Baker College.
