Lien De Beer

Lien De Beer is currently the COO at Planet Group, overseeing its operations since 2022, while having previously served as the Operational Director at IT-Planet from 2018 to 2022. With a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Work and Organizational Psychology from Ghent University, Lien started their career with internships at Amcor Flexibles and PLANET Group. Lien has contributed to the growth of IT-Planet, an expert in flexible ICT consultancy, and has also held positions as HR-Manager and Recruitment Consultant in prior roles.
