Silas Ahn

Silas Ahn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in defense, intelligence, and military operations. Currently serving as the Director of DoD/IC Sales at Planet since March 2022, Silas Ahn delivers innovative imagery and analytic solutions to defense and intelligence customers. Previously held roles include Manager of Future Intelligence Capability Assessments at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Senior Defense Official and Defense Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Singapore, and Military Fellow at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Silas Ahn has also contributed significantly to the U.S. Navy in various intelligence and operational capacities, including Deputy Director for Intelligence for the United States Seventh Fleet and Naval Attaché at the American Institute in Taiwan. Silas Ahn holds a Master of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
